Planning
Unilabs, one of Europe’s leading suppliers of clinical laboratory testing, tasked us with reimagining the existing website that they had outgrown.
With a focus on controlling content themselves, their new Drupal site began to evolve.
Sitemap
With the sheer magnitude of information required on the site, we needed to find a model that could be rolled out globally, to other Unilabs locations. However, breaking down that information into manageable sections was vital in keeping this information clear and digestible.
Concepts
Working with a client who lives for wireframes meant we moved from concept to final design in next to no time.
Imagery
It was vital to capture the diversity within the Unilabs network. Stock footage could never do this justice, so in went our film crew to capture this first-hand.
Design Evolution
Clean, clear and unambiguous; the site needed to be rolled out across multiple European countries, in native languages, with ease. We used a modular approach, allowing local teams to control their own content, depending on KPIs.
Centralised Data
With multiple sites, each with individual IT requirements, skills and desires; we needed to keep the amount of data under control.
One example of success in this area was our centralised map of labs. Updated once, it rolls out this information to all country-specific sites.
Rapid Reaction
Another key requirement for this site was the necessity to react quickly to world events. An example of this being how quickly we were able to launch Unilab’s COVID19 mini-site.
