Creating We Care Big
Our client Unilabs – a Swiss-owned diagnostics business working across three continents – wanted to create a distinct culture within the company, while lifting the lid on the diagnostic process for those outside, revealing the people inside the ‘mystery box’.
The Brand Ethos.
They came to us with a Mission, Motto and Mantra they had already defined, which was a great start. Their briefs to us; what does it look like, and how do we launch it?
To bring this all together whilst taking control of Art direction, we created both a brand and website that was bold, yet simple. A site that was people-based, international and authentic.
This was all underpinned by the CARE BIG promise, using Unilab’s four ‘culture-building behaviours’.
Creating Something Tangible.
Much like the CARE BIG culture, we needed to create something equally as tangible.
We took things back to basics, and through the use of papercraft, created a stylised origami heart for team members to share.
From here we reinforced the message that ‘We Care Big’ was home to CARE BIG stories; accessible to all.
